We are a small company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. We make web-based software and also operate several online stores. We have been in business since 2004.

Why are you charging me?

This is either a recurring subscription charge for EasyTweets or a purchase you made at one of our online stores, such as Sarah's Sweet Fountains or All Concession Supplies..

Not sure?

If the charge is in the amount of $24, $49, or $99, it is probably from EasyTweets. If the charge is in another amount, it is likely from one of our online stores.

If none of these ring a bell, you may want to ask around your home or business. Perhaps someone else signed up for our service or made a purchase at one of our stores?

Can you send me an invoice?

If you are an EasyTweets subscriber and need a PDF invoice for your records, please submit a support ticket and we will send you an invoice via e-mail.

If you made a purchase at one of our stores, by phone or via one of our web sites, you should automatically get an invoice e-mailed to you. If you did not get an invoice please call us at 1-877-313-0200 and we will re-send the invoice.

How do I cancel my EasyTweets account?

You can downgrade your EasyTweets account by logging into EasyTweets and selecting to "change plan" from the "More Options" pulldown menu in the top right corner. Select to downgrade to the Free plan.

If for some reason you don't see the link to downgrade to the Free plan, it is because you are using more resources than are allowed on the Free plan. If this is the case, you will need to delete some of your Twitter accounts (only 3 are allowed on the Free plan), delete some RSS feeds (only 3 are allowed on the Free plan), and/or delete any continuous searches you have set up in your account.

Can I get a refund?

In general, we do not offer refunds.

If you no longer use EasyTweets, you can cancel your account and we will never charge you again.

If you just signed up for EasyTweets and wish to cancel you may be eligible for a refund via our 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Please refer to the EasyTweets Terms of Service for details.
